Abstract
Political interpretations of the Holy Quran, due to neglect of interpretive rules or their incorrect application, are susceptible to damages whose outcome is the delegitimization of some of these interpretations. The present research emphasizes the assumption that the origin of some damages in the field of interpretive rules should be sought in the neglect or incorrect use of rules related to the non-linguistic contextual indicator of the "recognized characteristics of the speaker (mutakallim)," which is part of the expressive style of the Holy Quran. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this research, while examining and comparing various interpretations and political understandings, proves the vulnerability from this perspective in some exegeses and interpretations. Also, the outcome of comparing and examining the exegeses is that it objectively demonstrates that neglecting the contextual indicator of the Speaker being Wise (Hakim), the Speaker's etiquette such as respecting His messenger, as well as the incorrect use of the characteristic of the Speaker being Rational ('Aqil), has led to the deviation of political understanding and its invalidity.
