Abstract
Abstract Abul - futuh al-Razi is author of “Rawz al-Jinan waRuh al-Jinan”, which is one of the oldest Shiite commentary in Persian language. It is a jurisprudential - traditional meaning or commentary of Quran verses expressing the word of Imams and scholars before himself. One of the issues thatsometimes author considers it or discuses it independently or during the commentary discussion is the famous Quran recitation. In this article, after studying the commentary, I tried to report the recitation issue in final selection of commentator in translating the Quran verses form, and eventually show the commentator’s orientation to select or perform the recitation.The result suggests the Abul - futuh al-Razi, in this translation, has not accepted a unique recitation, in particular the recitation of Asim narrated by Hafs; but in some cases that there are different recitation, he preferred the recitation of Abu AmrBasri and IbnKathir Maki.
