The epistemic domain of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) focuses on defining the boundaries and limits of the science of fiqh, dependent on various elements such as its subject matter and concepts. The disciplinary authority of the Holy Quran significantly influences structured knowledge within fiqh and its subjects and concepts. Fiqh has been examined in two areas: the scope of the subject and the audience. This research posits that fiqh and religious obligations are not limited to physical actions; rather, internal actions (javanih) are also part of the responsibilities of obligated individuals. The most evident reflection of the Quran's authority is seen in the expansion from individual audiences to communities and organizations. In modern approaches, considering the Quran's authority, fiqh addresses not only individual rulings but also collective and organizational obligations, where certain rulings may only be realized through participation among various societal components. The Holy Quran, in addition to addressing fiqh, holds authority in creating diversity in jurisprudential concepts in three forms: foundational (tasis), confirmatory (without change), and reformative (with change). This research is qualitative and fundamental, conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected from library resources and software. An interpretative approach was employed to understand the verses of the Holy Quran. In analyzing the data, the influence of the Quran on the epistemic domain of fiqh was examined, utilizing rational analysis methods with a second-degree knowledge approach.
