The urgent and vital need of the Islamic society is the institutionalization of the Qur'an-based cultural, social, political, and economic systems in order to support and defend Islamic ideals with Revelational teachings and the presentation of a successful model to Islamic and global societies. The realization of this excellent goal is contingent on the discovery of theories and propositions for the formation of society systems based on the teachings of the Qur'an. In the statements of the Supreme Leader, system building is declared a massive, difficult, complex, and principal task and a demand of Islam. Designing and planning in the field of Qur'anic system building studies, in addition to inducing the reform and promotion of cultural, social, economic, and political systems and their sub-systems, will also prompt the demonstration of the trans-historical dimension and the invalidation of the standpoint of Quran's Historicity. Using the descriptive-analytical method, this article proves the essentiality of sequential interpretation and also thematic interpretation with Martyr Sadr’s perspective as well as the fact that a systematic view of the teachings of the Qur’an is an unavoidable necessity in the construction of Islamic civilization. This necessity, besides having Qur'anic evidence, may be considered a tool for introducing Qur'anic systems in areas such as the general theory of systems, dealing with systems based on liberalistic thinking in the field of humanities, recognizing and distinguishing principles from sub-principles —a characteristic of the systematic view of the teachings of the Qur'an— and increasing the proper influence of the Qur'an on social developments through a systematic view of the teachings of the Qur'an.
